Flooding in Kyiv Suburbs Due to Bad Weather
As a result of the bad weather on April 21 in the suburbs of Kyiv, some streets and yards became flooded. This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv region.
In Sofiivska Borshchahivka, flooding occurred at the intersection of Kuchanska and Shevchenko streets. 6 rescuers and 3 units of equipment managed to deal with the consequences of the bad weather.
In Boyarka, on Sosnovaya street, the road and the yard of a private house were flooded. 4 rescuers and 1 unit of equipment were working at the scene.
Flooding was also recorded in the village of Gatne on Pohrannichna street. 5 rescuers and 1 unit of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the bad weather.
The water pumping work was completed on the same day.
