According to law enforcement officials, the head of the public procurement department conducted an inadequate analysis of market prices, resulting in damage to the budget. A case has been opened for official negligence, and Yevheniya Bereza, responsible for this procurement, may become a suspect. If found guilty by the court, she faces imprisonment for five years, a three-year ban on certain activities, and a fine.
