Tragic Incident in Dnipropetrovsk
In Dnipropetrovsk region, a conflict between the owner and a suspect escalated to a violent attack. The 43-year-old suspect assaulted a 42-year-old man, causing him to lose consciousness and tragically pass away.
Reported by D1 TV channel, the incident occurred on July 15 at the victim’s house. The following day, the victim’s body was discovered by his brother, who promptly contacted the authorities. Medics on the scene confirmed the man’s death due to the injuries sustained in the attack.
The National Police Department of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region acted swiftly, detaining the suspect under the provisions of Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code. On July 17, the suspect was formally accused under Art. 121 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and faces up to 10 years in prison for the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm. The investigation into this tragic event is currently ongoing.
