Partial Traffic Disruptions in Darnytskyi District due to Collector Collapse
On Wednesday, April 1, residents of Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district are experiencing partial traffic disruptions following the collapse of a deep-seated collector. According to reports from RBC-Ukraine, a section of the collector in the district has been damaged, prompting emergency services to respond.
Currently, a team from Kyivvodokanal, along with road maintenance workers and other services, are working to repair the damage. Preliminary assessments indicate that the Novodarnytskyi collector has been affected.
As a result of the road surface collapse, traffic on Architect Verbitsky Street is partially restricted, particularly on the first lane towards Kharkiv Highway at the intersection of Gorlivska Street. Citizens are advised to take this information into account when planning their travel routes.
