Bogdan Dubnevich Discloses Wife’s Land Acquisitions in 2023
Bogdan Dubnevich, the chairman of Solonkiv village council in Lviv region, presented a declaration for the year 2023, revealing that his wife, Tatyana Dubnevich, acquired nearly a quarter of the territory of Sukhodol village within the Bybrska community.
Between August and September 2023, Tatyana became the owner of 40 land plots totaling 72.68 hectares, at a cost of 330,500 hryvnias. This means she purchased each 2-hectare plot for 7,000 hryvnias per hectare.
With this recent acquisition, Tatyana now owns approximately 22-23% of Sukhodol’s territory. In addition to this, she had previously acquired 19 land plots in Zubra village between October and December 2021, each valued at 350,000 hryvnias for 2 hectares.
