Teenager Indicted for Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Kamianets-Podilskyi
Law enforcement agencies have sent an indictment to court against a 17-year-old motorcyclist suspected of causing an accident in which a 16-year-old girl tragically lost her life. The incident occurred on April 14th this year in Kamianets-Podilskyi and resulted in injuries to both drivers involved in the collision.
Authorities have charged the motorcyclist under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for violating traffic safety rules, leading to the death of the young passenger. If found guilty, the 17-year-old faces a potential sentence of three to eight years in prison.
