Ukraine’s new law on military accounting, which came into force at the end of June 2024, provides the Military Commissariat with enhanced access to data on those evading mobilization through the «Obereg» register. The law also requires the registry to include information on unpaid fines for evasion, open enforcement proceedings, and the blocking of dodgers’ accounts. Additionally, details regarding documents enabling individuals to leave Ukraine and information on the education and specialty of military conscripts are now part of the registry.
