Japan hit by over 100 earthquakes in 12 hours
In Japan, over 100 earthquakes have occurred in the last 12 hours, Sky News reports. The Japan Meteorological Agency has recorded a series of earthquakes ranging from 2.9 to 7.6 magnitude, mainly in the Noto area of Ishikawa.
Deadly consequences
At least four people have died as a result of the disaster, including an elderly man who was killed in a building collapse.
