The Donetsk Regional State Administration has announced that communities have received new communal vehicles to assist in recovery efforts following military actions.

The first batch of 12 dump trucks was received by the territorial communities of Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Volnovakha districts in the Donetsk region.

These new cargo vehicles are designed for the collection and transportation of household waste and materials that have been generated as a result of damage or destruction of buildings due to military actions.

The keys to the dump trucks were handed over to community representatives by the director of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Natrus.

According to him, the new vehicles have multifunctional equipment and are capable of performing a wide range of tasks in the territorial communities, aimed at cleaning areas from illegal waste dumps, debris from destruction, and dismantling of damaged structures, as well as dealing with the aftermath of shelling.

The department director also emphasized that taking into account the urgent needs of communities in managing household waste and addressing other pressing issues, the Donetsk Regional State Administration, as well as the regional military administration, will continue to provide communities with modern equipment.
