Polish law enforcement officers have divided Ukrainians into several groups and blocked them for at least two hours, according to European Truth.

Polish police and special forces at the border stopped Ukrainian drivers who were heading to negotiations with protesters. Ukrainians were divided into several groups and blocked for at least two hours. This was reported by European Truth on Friday, March 1, citing information from its correspondent at the Korcheva border crossing point.

Polish police accuse Ukrainian drivers of allegedly trying to block the road themselves. Ukrainians deny these accusations.

The Ukrainian Embassy in Poland stated that they are aware of the situation and are maintaining a constant dialogue with the Polish police.

The media note that the situation at the Ukrainian-Polish border has escalated following the joining of Polish truck drivers to the protests on March 1.

According to carriers, on Friday morning the police informed about the reduction in the number of vehicles that can cross the border every hour.

The publication notes that on February 29, up to 26 trucks crossed the border, and from March 1, the protesters set a limit of one truck per hour.
