Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synehubov, announced the destruction by the Russian army on the night of July 17 of a crossing across the Oskol River in the Kupyansk community, which was used by civilians for evacuation.

«This is a transportation crossing, each crossing is important to us. It is civilian. It is used by civilian transport, including the evacuation route,» he said.

Oleg Synehubov also emphasized that the authorities plan to restore this crossing across the Oskol.

It should be noted that on Saturday, July 13, Russian troops twice shelled the village of Budy in the Kharkiv region, resulting in the deaths of two people and injuries to more than 20 others.
