Poland has introduced the issuance of temporary documents for Ukrainian men whose foreign passports have lost their validity. This decision is a response to new Ukrainian rules that prohibit men aged 18 to 60 from obtaining new passports outside Ukraine.

Support from European countries

Ukrainian businessman Denis Dolinsky, who moved to Poland, reported this on Friday, May 24. Poland, along with other European countries, expressed readiness to support Ukrainian men who cannot obtain a new passport.

«So, no one will deport Ukrainians, they are officially legalized. So, no one will have to return home,» Dolinsky said.

He also noted that starting from July, Ukrainian companies in Poland will be able to receive loans at inflation-level terms, and Ukrainian children are required to attend only Polish schools.

«This is already full integration,» he believes.

Impact of the new mobilization law

It is worth reminding that a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, Alexander Fedienko, spoke about the impact of the new mobilization law on men subject to military service. He discussed the nuances of returning conscripts from abroad, particularly from Germany and Poland, who have expressed willingness to assist in this process.
